The Spotted Cow

The Old Spotted Cow is a traditional Cotswold-stone pub on the outskirts of the pretty village of Marston Meysey, mid way between the Roman town of Cirencester and Fairford.

Set back from the road and surrounded by attractive gardens, the Cow enjoys open views over the fields, making the tranquil rural location the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The style of the pub and menu are at once casual and relaxed (perfect for a post walk sit down), whilst also being innovative, offering dishes such as miniature tapas plates such as quail eggs and cornichons which are ideal for a lite bite!

We treat this pub as our low key trusty local, and tend to stop in when arriving at or leaving the cottage as it's en route back to the big smoke!
